Warranty:
All PVC products have a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Each order will be sent a registration warranty card that the customer has to register with Enduris within 30 days after purchase. Check www.Enduris.com  for warranty details.

All Ameristar Montage Products have a 20 year warranty. Some restrictions apply. Each order will be sent a product warranty. Check www.montagefence.com for details of warranty. 

Shipping Policy:
All products will be shipped via common carrier or trucking company unless you specify you want it shipped by your own trucking company . All small item orders will be shipped UPS.
If you find any items damaged when you receive your shipment please inform driver and notate damage on the delivery ticket. You have to file a claim with the trucking company for items damaged by  the carrier. Shipping charges are non refundable.

 

 

Return Policy:
PVC Fence sections, Ameristar Montage Steel sections  & gates are non refundable unless fabricated incorrectly. We will correct any mistakes created by fabrication and ship to you via no expense to you. Post Caps, Gate hardware, and Brackets will be accepted as returns as long as they are in their original packaging. You have 15 days after the product is delivered to return it. Special made products are non refundable. Shipping charges are non refundable. There will be a restocking fee of 20%. The customer is responsible for shipping back to us. 
Any shipments refused at time of delivery where a shipping charge has been incurred, will be subject to no refund of the shipping charges and an additional charge for the shipping expense to return it back to us. If you feel that a shipment is not acceptable, call us immediately at 803-359-7246.
All returned items must be authorized by Elitefencing.net before returning. Call 803-359-7246 before returning any item.
