Warranty Information
All PVC products have a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Each order will be sent a registration warranty card in which the customer has to register with Enduris within 30 days after purchase. Check Enduris for warranty details.
All Ameristar Montage Products have a 20-year warranty. Some restrictions apply. Each order will be sent a product warranty. Check Ameristar Montage Products for details

Shipping Policy
All products will be shipped via common carrier or trucking company unless you specify you want it shipped by your own trucking company. All small item orders will be shipped by UPS.
If you find any items damaged when you receive your shipment, please inform the driver and notate the damage on the delivery ticket. You have to file a claim with the trucking company for items damaged by the carrier. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Return Policy
PVC Fence sections, Ameristar Montage Steel sections and gates are nonrefundable unless fabricated incorrectly. We will correct any mistakes created by fabrication and will ship the product back at no expense to you. Post Caps, Gate hardware, and Brackets will be accepted as returns as long as they are in their original packaging. You have 15 days after the product is delivered to return it. Specially made products are nonrefundable. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. There will be a restocking fee of 20%. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us.
Any shipments refused at the time of delivery where a shipping charge has been incurred, will be subject to no refund of the shipping charges and of the additional charge for the shipping expense to return it back to us. If you feel that a shipment is not acceptable, call us immediately at 803-359-7246.
